Booking terms
Starter terms for enquiries while full booking policies are being finalised.
Important: these are placeholder terms, not legal advice. Replace them with the business's final cancellation, payment, arrival and site policies before accepting paid bookings.
Enquiries are not automatic confirmation
Submitting an enquiry does not create a confirmed booking. A stay is only confirmed when Wern Fawr Padoc explicitly confirms it with the guest.
Site conduct
Guests are expected to behave considerately and avoid unreasonable disturbance to other parties or accommodation units. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children.
Dogs
Dogs must be well behaved, kept under responsible control and cleaned up after. Owners are responsible for preventing nuisance or disturbance to other guests.
Further terms
Pricing, deposits, cancellations, check-in and check-out arrangements will be added before online paid bookings are opened.
